This Privacy Policy explains how OTPMore By Funky Developers (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, and WhatsApp OTP verification APIs.

1. Who we are

OTPMore By Funky Developers is a WhatsApp OTP verification product operated for a licensed company installation. Software is powered by Funky Developers.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• Account data — operator name, email, password hash, login timestamps
• WhatsApp configuration — Meta access tokens (encrypted at rest), Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, template settings
• API credentials — API keys/secrets (hashed or stored for authenticated API access), allowed domains
• OTP transaction logs — recipient mobile numbers, delivery status, timestamps, message IDs; OTP codes are stored only as irreversible hashes
• License data — license key metadata and activation domain for software licensing via store.funkydevelopers.com
• Technical data — IP address, browser/user agent, and server logs needed for security and troubleshooting

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide WhatsApp OTP send and verify services
• Authenticate operators and protect API access
• Maintain transaction history and delivery diagnostics
• Validate software licensing and prevent unauthorized use
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal data.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

OTP delivery uses Meta WhatsApp Cloud API with credentials you configure. Message delivery is also subject to Meta’s privacy and WhatsApp Business terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as consent) before sending OTPs to end users.

5. Sharing of information

We may share data only with:

• Meta / WhatsApp, as required to send verification messages
• Funky Developers licensing systems (store.funkydevelopers.com) for license activation and validation
• Hosting / infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf
• Authorities when required by applicable law

6. Data retention

Account and configuration data are retained while the licensed installation is active. OTP transaction logs are retained for operational, security, and audit purposes and may be purged periodically according to the operator’s retention practice or on written request where feasible.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including password hashing, encrypted storage of WhatsApp access tokens, session authentication for the dashboard, and API key authentication for programmatic access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting tharani@nafolo.co. End users who receive OTPs through a customer integration should contact that customer (the data controller for their use case) in the first instance.

9. Cookies

The dashboard uses session cookies required for login and security. We do not use advertising cookies on the marketing pages by default.

10. Children

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
